PDC-OIL: Notification of data on the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral-oils in the transitional trial period of the P-Logistics – SECOND PHASE OF BLANK TESTS |
Following the notice dated 16 February 2018, in order to allow interested parties to benefit from an additional period of time to test the functionality of the Mineral-Oil Storage and Transit Capacity Data Reporting Platform (PDC-OIL) for the notification of data on the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral-oils during the transitional trial period of the P-Logistics, GME makes available again a test platform at https://provepdcoil.ipex.it/ for the carrying out of the second phase of blank tests, which may be carried out according to the procedures and times indicated below.
In this regard, this further test phase was necessary to allow participants to test the new version of the platform, modified on the basis of the comments made by participants during the first phase of blank tests, with regard to the operating procedures compilation of the data and information to be collected.
How to access the PDC-OIL test platform
In order to participate in the second phase of blank tests on the functionalities related to the notification of the aforementioned data, interested parties must complete the following online form https://provepdcoil.ipex.it/Public/InserimentoDatiProve to obtain the credentials to access the test platform.
Parties who have already participated in the first phase of the blank tests - or who are already admitted to the PDC-OIL – may use, for the test environment of the second test phase, the same current access credentials at their disposal.
Days and hours of tests
Blank tests will take place throughout the day starting from 22 March 2018 until 28 March 2018.
In order to facilitate the learning of the methods of data notification, GME makes the PDC-OIL PARTICIPANT'S GUIDE available again, for purely information purposes, updated with:
· a description of the functionalities related to the notification of data on monthly capacity;
· the adjustments made after the first phase of the blank tests.
