About the PB-GO

The PB-GO is the IT platform that allows the fulfilment of the obligation to register with GME, pursuant to the Resolution of 28 July 2011 - ARG/elt 104/11, of the amounts and prices related to:

  • bilateral guarantees of origin (GO) transactions, freely submitted by operators;
  • assignments made by the GSE through competitive procedures.

The obligation to register the quantities and prices related to bilateral GO transactions must be fulfilled on the PB-GO directly by the holders of the bilateral contracts, who must first be admitted to operate on the PB-GO. As regards the registration of bilateral transactions following the competitive procedures, this part is carried out by the GSE on the PB-GO, to which the assignees must be admitted.

The GO types to be registered on the PB-GO are mentioned in the Technical Rules.
