19/01/2018 PDC-OIL: Notification of data on the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral oils in the transitional period of P-Logistics testing phase By this notification, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Economic Development, by Circular Letter no. 1612 of 19-01-2018, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2.2, of the Ministerial Decree of 5 July 2017, no. 17433, provided the necessary indications for the compilation of the data collection forms regarding the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral oils during the transitional period of P-Logistic testing phase. As specified in the aforementioned Circular Letter, over the course of the transitional period of testing phase, the data will be collected ex ante in three defined "time slots", each for the four following months of the year. In particular, with regard to the collection of monthly data for 2018, the notification obligation will only concern the second and third quarter of the year. Therefore, in 2018, the first "time slot" for the notification of data on the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral oils is scheduled in the period between 3 April and 23 April 2018. In this time period, the parties subjected to the notification obligation referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2.1, of the aforementioned Decree, will be required to send to GME - through the platform for the detection of the storage capacity of mineral oils (PDC-oil) – the data regarding the monthly storage and transit capacity of mineral oils referred to the period May - August 2018. In this regard, please be informed that the methods and timing for the communication of data referring to the second quarter of 2018 - as well as the indications for the performance of the related "blank tests" - will be notified by GME by means of subsequent communication. The parties required to notify the data referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2.1, of the aforementioned Ministerial Decree that are not yet registered in the PDC-oil, must access the platform and perform the registration procedure described in the "PDC-Oil Participants' Guide".
