Following the previous press release of 28/02/2022 - concerning the Transitional provisions on settlement of payments for ME, MGAS and PCE’s Market Participants. Next start - we inform the Market operators that, today, with the related publication on the GME Web site, the urgent changes to the Integrated text of the electricity market rules, the Natural gas market Rules and the PCE Rules come into force.
At the same time, today, also the new versions of ME, MGAS and PCE Technical Rules become effective with the related publication on the GME Website, consistent with the purposes of the effectiveness aforementioned provisions on ME, MGAS and PCE Rules.

Furthermore, the updated version of the Settlement calendar, is made available. It can be used to settle payments on the ME, MGAS and PCE, according to the new applicable provisions.
