With consultation document no. 2/2024, GME has published the draft of the regulation of the TIME SHIFTING CONTRACT MARKET (MTS), with a view to gathering comments and suggestions from interested parties about its proposed model of operation of the MTS.
GME has formulated its proposal taking into account the technical requirements and constraints laid down by TERNA under article 18 of Legislative Decree no. 210 of 8 November 2021 (Legislative Decree 210/2021) in the framework of the rules governing the mechanism of forward procurement of new electricity storage capacity – MACSE, approved by the Minister of Environment and Energy Security with Decree no. 346 of 10 October 2024.
All interested parties are invited to submit their comments in writing to GME – Governance no later than 11.12.2024, the closing date for this consultation, to the following e-mail address :
