Participation in the GO Bulletin Board is open to all parties that are proficient in the use of ICT systems and related security systems (or rely on ICT-proficient employees or assistants).

To be admitted to the GO Bulletin Board, the applicant must submit:

1. the Participation Application (in the format of Annex A to the Rules governing the operation of the regulated market and of the platform for registration of bilaterals of guarantees of origin), accompanied by a copy of a personal identity document of the signer of the application and, if the application is submitted on behalf of an organisation, by documents certifying the powers of representation of the signer;

(ATTENTION: to participate in one or more of the P-GO systems (M-GO, PB-GO, and GO Bulletin Board), please tick (☑) the box before the corresponding system on page 3 of the Participation Application form)

2. the Participation Agreement (in the format of Annex B to the Rules governing the operation of the regulated market and of the platform for registration of bilaterals of guarantees of origin). In the agreement, the contracting party must declare that he/she/it is aware of and accepts the Rules governing the operation of the regulated market and of the platform for registration of bilaterals of guarantees of origin without any condition or reservati. 

The notification of admission to the GO Bulletin Board qualifies the applicant as Participant. Participants are entered into a “List of GO Bulletin Board Participants”, which is posted on the website of and managed by GME in compliance with personal data privacy legislation.

Participants admitted to the GO Bulletin Board are required to pay an access fee, a yearly fixed fee (every 12 months, beginning on the date of admission) and a variable fee (for details, go to the “fees” section).

 

The extent of the fees, determined by GME, is approved on a yearly basis by ARERA. The fees, posted on GME’s website, take immediate effect upon their first application and from 1 January in subsequent years. The obligation to pay the fees will cease only if the Participant submits a formal request of exclusion from the GO Bulletin Board to GME.

(ATTENTION: if a Participant is not active on the GO Bulletin Board, but does not submit a formal request of exclusion, he/she/it will be required to pay the yearly fixed fee).

The Participation Application and all the documents to be enclosed thereto should be submitted only in the Italian language.
