HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All subjects mentioned in Article 18, paragraph 18.1, of Annex A of 111/06 ARERA and subsequent amendments, meeting the requirements provided in PCE Regulation, can be admitted to the PCE.

In order to be admitted to the PCE, these parties must submit to GME, by ordinary mail or courier or certified e-mail:

1. the Admission application, according to the form attached to the Futures Energy Account platform, with a copy of a personal identity document of the subscriber;
2. the Membership Agreement, in two original copies, drafted according to the form attached to the Futures Energy Account platform, signed on each page by the legal representative;
3. if the subject requesting admission to the PCE is a legal person, a declaration made pursuant to the decree n. 445 of the President of the Republic of 28 December 2000, certifying the subscriber's ownership of the powers of representation.

With the admission provision, the applicant is recognized as operator.
