OMPR (Organized Marketplace reporting platform)

In compliance with article 8.1 a) of REMIT, GME organises and manages an OMPR Platform. Through this Platform, GME reports to ACER the data and information that ACER requires about the operations carried out by participants in the markets/platforms managed by GME and falling within the scope of REMIT.

Scope of application

Under article 8.1 a) of REMIT, through the OMPR Platform, GME reports to ACER the data and information that ACER requires about the operations carried out by all parties: i) who/which have priorly acquired the status of participants in the markets/platforms managed by GME and falling within the scope of REMIT; and ii) who/which have obtained an ACER code after registration with one of the national registers referred to in article 9 of REMIT.
